GRANT APPLICATION INFORMATION
The 2026 Dig Like Kim Grant Applications were available online from November 1, 2025 thru April 1, 2026 for volleyball players who are:
- Current high school Freshman, Sophomores or Juniors and;
- Attend a Miami Dade Public or Charter School or are Homeschooled;
- Reside in Miami-Dade County
Instructions
Complete an Application and Submit. Please read Kim's Story prior to completing the short application essay of how Kim's Story inspires you.
Checklist
1. Coach Recommendation Letter (preferred) or Counselor or Teacher Recommendation Letter.
Please Save As: Student Last Name, First Name - Recommendation
2. Copy of last report card or unofficial transcript (which can be accessed from the student portal).

Additional Information
- All applications received will be acknowledged
- Completed applications and attachments were due no later than APRIL 1, 2026.
- Winners will be notified around April 21, 2026
- Winners should plan to be present at the 6th Annual Dig Like Kim Tournament at Coral Reef Park on April 26, 2026
